The Legion of Super-Heroes intercept a band of space pirates and are able to stop most of them. The follow chase and are able to capture the rest of the pirates, who happen to be from Bgtzl, Phantom Girl's home planet.
Story 2: The More Things Stay The Same
Everyone speculates about the Legion's roster and who will join their ranks and who will be their newest leader. The votes come in and it is Element Lad who becomes the Legion's leader.
